The Jamshedpur Chess academy, is ten years old and the people working behind this organisation have helped JCA to establish creditable place in the Indian chess map by organizing National Under-7, 11 & 13 age categories in the year 2010, 2012 & 2014 & All India OpenSchool chess tournament in the year 2012 and 2013 respectively apart from local meets with success, beside their main activity of providing training to young talents at their centre.
